Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 8:00 pm;

Check-out: within 10:00 am;

The price of the rental includes: welcoming dinner at time of check in for 13 people (only for a minimum staying of 7 days), daily maid (except of Sunday), domestic appliance, the water, gas, electricity, and weekly change of bed linen and towels, wi-fi;

Payment Options: wire transfer;

Security deposit: euro 500,00 in cash will be asked at time of check in;

Housekeeper: 6 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Chef available upon request: breakfast, lunch or dinner;

Cancellations and Refunds: there are no refunds for cancellation. The second deposit will be not due for cancelation done before 120 days prior arrival. The balance will be not due for cancelation done before 90 days prior arrival.

Deposits: 20% rental fee at time of booking to hold reservation, 40% 120 days prior arrival, balance 90 days prior arrival.
